🚨 FALLING OFF THE WAGON? 🚨 Since moving here, my diet and training have been a mess, I’ve been eating really bad and doing poor trainings. We’re all humans and fail sometimes, I used to have everything under control food and training wise whereas the past few days were more like ‘just one more 🍕🍩 won’t hurt’ or ‘I’ll be good on Monday so I might as well keep eating shit until then’ 😤 My own mistakes lately resulted in: ❌ fat gain ❌ uncontrollable cravings ❌ water retention ❌ bloating ❌ cellulite much more visible ❌ feeling sluggish / little energy No one but myself is responsible for this, I sometimes screw up too 😣 BUT there is hope to get back on track 🤗 this is a lesson for me and I thought I would share here how I plan on getting my shape from the right picture back in case it might help one of you 😘 〰 TRAINING 〰 ✅ I will keep doing the following workouts from my guide: gym version of legs & lower body, glutes, upper body days + home version of the glutes day ✅ I will add 1 abs workout every second day ✅ I will add some high intensity trainings: either sprints at the end of my workouts or high intensity moves between sets 👉🏽 I don’t get to walk much here so I need to make sure I’m being active enough 〰 NUTRITION 〰 ✅ I signed up with a meal prep company that will deliver my meals 5 days / week ✅ I’ll focus on getting enough protein (I tried the pescatarian meal plan for 3 days but I’m getting back to vegan from now on) ✅ These meals have less calories than I need so I’m in a slight caloric deficit ✅ On weekends, I’ll make sure to keep control over what I eat ✅ I’ll have less coffee and more water (aiming for 3-4L/day here) ⛔ It’s never too late to start and the longer you wait to make changes, the harder it gets because your body gets used to the unhealthy habits 😖 so DO NOT WAIT TO START MAKING CHANGES 👊🏽 👉🏽 They say you should be your own inspiration, my goal is to get back to my shape on the right (currently feel like the left pic 😅😅) 💪🏽 #beforeandafter #fitnessmotivation #fitfam #fitfrenchies #bodytransformation

So I don't mention this often but I did a fitness competition juuust about 6 years ago now 😐🙈. I storied one of the pics and got so many messages I thought I'd just address it here. – It was one of the most valuable things I've ever done because I learned so much about my body and just how terrible it feels to be too extreme with dieting and cardio 🙇🏼‍♀️. I was so drained and so unhappy. I went from loving to train and see my body get stronger, to being obsessed with if I was getting leaner. – When your goals are only aesthetically based, it's very easy to become hyper-focused on your body. You're pouring so much energy into something where the gauge of your success is how defined your abs look. It's easy to lose perspective of what's important and can easily lead to a lot of comparison and unhappiness. You should be feeling good, yo! – There's nothing wrong with having physical goals but not at the expense of your health and happiness. And I can't say enough about the importance of having performance-based goals. Something where you feel good about what your body can do 👊🏻. Those have done far more for my confidence than losing weight ever has. – – ALSO I definitely don't intend to bash anyone. Some people have very positive competitive experiences and bodies that are much happier to maintain very lean but I'm not one of them. Also competitors recognize it's a sport and get to levels of leanness that they don't intend to sustain as it's unrealistic (and unhealthy) to do so. – Train and fuel yourself to feel good ❤.

Good morning ☀️ Awhile back, I saw a comment saying that going from super skinny to healthy and fit isn't much of a transformation. I just want to address this because that's a very close minded opinion. A transformation to me, is any type of dramatic change whether that's in form, appearance or mindset. We shouldn't be so quick to judge someone because we don't know their story. Normally, I don't let harsh words affect me because their simply irrelevant and if you choose to have an optimistic outlook on life there's nothing that can ever bring you down. But, when I saw that it more so bothered me because I thought about all the people out there who have overcome hardships in their life and no one should ever deny them of that.
